Xpert Renovation are experienced in working with client's architects and can provide structural engineer advise and services. We understand that it is not always possible to work in a vacant property so are experienced at working in clients homes, whilst occupied. We ensure all steps are taken to minimize distruption to normal life as far as it is possible.
Our electrical work complys with current regulations and is done by “Part P” registered electricians. All central heatings work is conducted by Corgi registered plumbers. Any structural work like chimney breast removal, open plan living rooms or extensions ends with a completion Certificate from Local Authority Building Control.
